This blog was created for all types of food lovers..from the people who can eat a stick of butter a day, to the wheat-free, gluten-free crowd, to those of us who just like simple meal ideas! We are all about finding recipes that will satisfy the food lover in us all.
We are 4 sisters who mainly live in California (one defected to Utah) and love to eat delicious food! One of us is wheat-free and allergic to many food items but she has found a way to take the original recipes and convert them to suit her needs!
Most of the recipes will be coming from Sam, the wheat-free modification recipes will be from Melissa, and Meagan is the blogmaster and might post a recipe of her own one day!
